Important notice and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with the TCI Top Model Application Process and Applicant Rules, Privacy Policy, and all legal notices incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern access to and use of this website and any related pages, forms, features, images, videos, text, data and other materials made available through it (collectively, the “Website”).

TCI Top Model is owned and produced by Good Street Management (“Good Street”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Website is made available to visitors, users, applicants, registered members and other people who access or use it (each, a “User” or “you”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, submitting an application or other material, creating an account, or uploading or downloading content, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or submit, upload or download any material.

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, revisions take effect when posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. You should review this Agreement periodically.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use non-essential cookies or similar browser technologies to collect or store information on your device without providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law. The Website may use technologies that are strictly necessary to operate, secure or deliver requested functionality. Any use of analytics, advertising, preference or other non-essential technologies must be described in the Privacy Policy and, where required, presented through an appropriate consent mechanism.

2. Eligibility and applicant consent

To submit a TCI Top Model application or enter a competition or related opportunity offered through the Website, a User must become an applicant (an “Applicant”) and affirmatively accept this Agreement by selecting the checkbox stating: “I have read and accept the TCI Top Model Application Process, Applicant Rules and Privacy Policy”, or substantially similar wording.

An Applicant who submits an application personally represents that they are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Applications and submissions

The Website may allow Applicants to submit an application containing: (a) personal information, including a name, postal address, telephone number, email address, date of birth and other identifiers; (b) information describing physical characteristics, professional experience, interests or availability; and (c) photographs, videos, audio, written materials and other content (collectively, “Applicant Content”).

Submitting an application does not create an agency, employment, management, fiduciary, confidential or other relationship between an Applicant and Good Street Management or any other entity involved in TCI Top Model. Submission does not guarantee review, a response, an interview, representation, employment, participation in TCI Top Model, selection, or an offer or contract of any kind. We may accept, reject, retain or discontinue consideration of an application at our discretion, subject to applicable law and any published competition rules.

Applicants must provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete, and must promptly update any material information that changes. We may reject or terminate an application or account if information is false, misleading, incomplete, out of date or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Applicant content and licence

Applicants retain any ownership rights they hold in Applicant Content. By submitting Applicant Content, an Applicant represents and warrants that they own the content or have obtained all rights, permissions, releases and consents necessary to submit it and grant the licence below, including permissions from photographers, videographers, performers, copyright owners and any identifiable people depicted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each Applicant grants Good Street Management and the entities and service providers involved in operating or producing TCI Top Model a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, review, evaluate, format, adapt, edit, display, transmit, distribute and otherwise use Applicant Content for the following purposes: evaluating and administering the application; communicating with the Applicant; operating, securing and improving the Website and application process; producing and administering TCI Top Model; maintaining business and legal records; and, only where separately disclosed or authorised as required by law, promoting TCI Top Model, Good Street Management, their services, Applicants or related opportunities.

The licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and thereafter only as required for backup, legal, compliance, dispute resolution or record-keeping purposes. If a particular season, campaign, competition or promotional submission requires a broader or perpetual licence, that licence must be clearly disclosed in the applicable rules or release before submission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Applicant waives moral rights and similar approval or attribution rights solely as necessary for the permitted uses described above. No waiver applies where prohibited by law.

We are not obliged to use, publish, return or preserve Applicant Content and may remove or restrict it at any time. Except as expressly stated in the Privacy Policy or required by law, submission does not create a duty of confidentiality. Applicants should not submit confidential, proprietary or commercially sensitive information.

The Applicant is responsible for obtaining and paying for any licences, royalties, fees, permissions or other amounts owed to third parties as a result of the Applicant’s submission or our authorised use of Applicant Content.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not submit content or use the Website in a way that:

  • is false, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
  • infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trade mark, patent, trade secret, publicity, privacy, contractual or other right;
  • is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise materially objectionable;
  • promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, violence or physical harm against any person or group;
  • exploits or endangers a minor, or depicts a minor in a sexualised, nude or otherwise inappropriate manner;
  • contains malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files or other harmful or disruptive code;
  • interferes with the Website, connected services, networks, servers, security measures or another User’s access;
  • imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website, or attempts unauthorised access, scraping, probing, testing, circumvention or reverse engineering;
  • causes or is reasonably likely to cause us to lose services supplied by a hosting, connectivity, payment, security or other provider; or
  • violates any applicable local, state, provincial, national or international law, rule, regulation, court order or legally binding obligation.

6. Permitted use; intellectual property

The Website and its content, design, selection, arrangement, software, trade marks, service marks, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to Good Street Management or other rights holders and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, no right, title or interest is granted to any User.

You may view the Website and download or print reasonable copies of publicly available pages solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not remove proprietary notices and do not use the materials to compete with, misrepresent or harm Good Street Management or TCI Top Model.

Without prior written authorisation, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display or perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, sell, licence, commercially exploit, scrape, index, data-mine, train an automated system on, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Website, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Accounts and security

Some features may require registration or a guest or member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use or any other security breach.

You may not permit another person to use your account, use another person’s account without authorisation, or allow a person whose access has been terminated to use the Website through your credentials. We may suspend or terminate an account where information is false or incomplete, security is compromised, or this Agreement has been violated.

8. Privacy and personal information

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information are governed by the then-current Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

You authorise us and service providers involved in operating the Website or producing TCI Top Model to transmit, process, retrieve, store and use information as reasonably necessary to operate the Website, process applications, administer and produce TCI Top Model, provide requested services, maintain security and comply with law, in each case subject to the Privacy Policy.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security but will use safeguards required by applicable law and appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

9. Restrictions on use of personal information

You may not collect, compile, copy, use, sell, disclose or distribute another User’s personal information obtained through the Website for marketing, solicitation, profiling, harassment, identity theft or any unauthorised purpose. You may not create mailing or marketing lists from contact information appearing on the Website or send unsolicited communications by email, text, fax, telephone or any other means.

A violation of this section is a material breach of this Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant evidence and report suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities. We may co-operate with lawful investigations and legal process.

10. User communications, forums and moderation

The Website may include forums, discussion lists, messaging tools or other areas where Users communicate. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, review, edit, restrict or remove communications or content, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for User communications and do not endorse opinions expressed by Users.

Our moderation rights do not create a duty to monitor or remove any particular content. Users remain solely responsible for their communications and conduct.

11. Third-party websites and services

The Website may contain links to websites, services, content or resources owned or operated by independent third parties. Links are provided for convenience and reference only and do not constitute endorsement, authorisation, sponsorship, affiliation or a representation regarding the third party or its content, products or services.

We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, content, products or services. You access third-party resources at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy notices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from claims arising solely from your access to or use of third-party resources.

12. Fees

Access to the Website is currently provided without charge unless otherwise disclosed. We may introduce fees for particular features or services in the future. Any applicable price, billing terms, renewal terms and cancellation rights will be disclosed before a User incurs a charge. A fee will not be imposed retrospectively without the User’s agreement.

13. Termination and suspension

This Agreement remains effective while you use the Website. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use and, where available, closing your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, licence, indemnification, disclaimer, limitation of liability, dispute and general provisions—will survive.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Website, with or without notice to the extent permitted by law, if we reasonably believe that a User has violated this Agreement or applicable law; created security, legal, reputational or operational risk; harmed or threatened another person or our interests; or misused intellectual property or personal information.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Good Street Management and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, vendors and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Website; (b) your violation of this Agreement or applicable law; (c) Applicant Content or other material submitted through your account; or (d) your infringement, misappropriation or violation of another person’s rights.

We may control the defence and settlement of an indemnified claim, and you agree to provide reasonable co-operation. You may not settle a claim in a manner that admits wrongdoing by, imposes liability on, or creates obligations for an indemnified party without that party’s prior written consent.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and all content, materials, features and services made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Website will be complete, accurate, current, secure, uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components; that defects will be corrected; or that use of the Website will produce any particular result. You use the Website and download or rely on content at your own risk.

No oral or written advice or information obtained from us, our personnel or third parties creates a warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Good Street Management and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, vendors and suppliers will not be liable under any legal or equitable theory for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, use or data; business interruption; computer failure; or cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to the Website or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Website or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of: (a) five US dollars (US $5.00); or (b) the amount, if any, you paid directly to us for use of the Website during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section are an essential basis of the bargain. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, which may include liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or violations of non-waivable consumer or privacy rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. International access and data transfers

The Website is primarily hosted or administered from the Turks and Caicos Islands. Information may be processed or replicated in other locations for hosting, security, backup, resilience and performance, as described in the Privacy Policy. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We do not represent that the Website or its content is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction. Users who access the Website from outside the Turks and Caicos Islands do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

18. Governing law; forum; time to bring claims

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or the Website will be governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim accrues; otherwise, it is permanently barred. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

19. Notices

Formal legal notices must be in writing and delivered to the receiving party at its principal place of business, for the attention of its principal legal officer, or at another address or by another method designated in writing. Notice is deemed received upon personal delivery; upon confirmed transmission if sent by an approved electronic or fax method; five (5) business days after posting by certified post, postage prepaid; or seven (7) business days after dispatch by prepaid international overnight courier.

Notices to Users may also be provided through the Website, an account interface or the email address associated with an account where permitted by law.

20. General provisions

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Good Street Management and the User concerning the Website and supersedes prior or contemporaneous oral or written understandings concerning its subject matter. Separate written agreements concerning representation, employment, TCI Top Model participation, competitions, campaigns, services or other matters remain governed by their own terms.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Where permitted, the invalid provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects its intent and economic effect.

No Waiver. A failure or delay by Good Street Management to enforce any provision is not a waiver. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of any other or later breach.

Assignment. A User may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. Good Street Management may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets or transfer of the Website or relevant business, subject to applicable law.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or affect interpretation.

Electronic Communications. You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices and other communications electronically where permitted by law and agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.

Construction. The words “including” and “include” mean “including without limitation”. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

All contestants will receive essential training, grooming, mentoring and development at no cost. Delivered through our education partners, this support is designed to encourage personal growth and prepare participants for the industry.

Contestants must be available to attend in-person workshops every Saturday from 16 January to 20 March 2027. All training, activities and events will take place on Providenciales. The schedule and venues, along with details of the launch date and preliminary competitions, will be announced in January 2027.

Official model portfolio photoshoot

The official photoshoot for the TCI Top Model 2027 contestants’ and models’ portfolios will take place on Saturday, 13 March 2027. Further details, including the cost, will be provided separately.

Behaviour and punctuality

Participants must arrive at the training venue 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Everyone is expected to be prepared, willing to learn, and ready to engage and contribute. Poor behaviour, unprofessional conduct or repeated lateness may result in removal from the programme.

Exclusivity of participation

The specialist training, grooming and development programme is designed to prepare participants for the 2027 TCI Top Model events. Participants must not enter, take part in or compete in any other beauty contest, pageant, fashion show or event before an official event on the TCI Top Model 2027 calendar.

The programme is intended to be each participant’s debut as trained talent. Anyone found taking part in another event will be removed from the TCI Top Model line-up. This decision will be final, and explanations or excuses will not be considered.

Personal belongings

Please leave jewellery and other valuables at home. TCI Top Model, Good Street Management and the event venues accept no responsibility for lost or missing items.
